Let's face it, nobody wants to hear this!

Let's assume you've hired a web designer. All seems well and then you check your site only to find some strange hacker message... You've been hacked!

First you panic, then you immediately try to find your web designer or if you're the web designer you try to figure out how they did it and who these people are.

Here's your best course of action:

1. Hire a security firm (like Seriøs Networks) to perform a heuristic security scan on your website to find how they were able to hack your site.
2. Take the scan report to the web designer or if you are the web designer review the report and fix the exploits or vulnerabilities.
3. If you or your web designer doesn't know how to fix the issues then hire a security company to repair the site.
